The Nanyang Executive Centre at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a dual-function institutional building designed to cater to the growing demand for the continual re-training of business professionals. The Centre offers short courses of study, with accommodation for short-term students provided in-house.

Some notable features of the project include:

• 166 guestrooms and 2 suites (all fully-furnished and with attached bathrooms);
• A 220-seat Auditorium for film screenings, lectures and important functions;
• A function hall with a capacity of 200 persons;
• A total of 6 lecture theatres (2 nos. with 87 seats and 4 nos. with 48 seats), all with tiered seating for maximum interaction between students and lecturers;
• 35 breakout/discussion rooms;
• A 4-storey main circular lounge, breathtakingly lit by a dramatic skylight, which also functions as the pivot of the academic and guestroom wings;
• A roof terrace garden
• The generous provision of spaces for interaction, such as lounges, wide corridors, and ancillary collection points along circulation routes, to encourage informal contact between course attendees and promote the networking so important in the business world.

The Centre is also close by existing facilities such as the NTU Sports and Recreation Centre (with its swimming pool, basketball courts, gymnasium and running track), the NTU Staff Club (with its own fitness centre, squash courts, restaurant and bar), the Nanyang Supermarket and Postal Agency, as well as the campus hair salon.

The Nanyang Executive Centre is strategically located in a quiet corner of the NTU campus, tucked away discreetly yet easily accessible by private or public transport.
